BCBS Georgia Anywhere App Reviews

Upon trying to register, this app tells me I need to download the ABC app to register. Typing ABC into the App Store does not yield anything that remotely resembles what I want. Did the person who created that error message really think it was helpful to most end users? Im giving one extra star because I was able to figure out ABC means Athen Blue Cross, though I shouldnt have had to do the digging required.

My husband and I just moved to another state. His job filed his information late and I already scheduled an appointment. It had been three weeks and no cards. It was strange because we never had to wait so long. I called frantic because my appointment was the next morning. The operator was so kind and told me about this app. Gave me all the info to register. You can even email your card to your doctor. Thee best and useful app. This is smart BCBSGA!

This app is better than I anticipated

Passwords are such a hassle. Glad my insurance company agrees. Fingerprints are the way to go and it make me feel my health info is safer.

Its easy to see how much money toward your deductible you havespent.

Easy to use, easy to find what youre looking for, easy to read, accurate and up to date info. Kinda slow, but works well otherwise and doesnt appear to be glitchy.

Received an e mail today saying I had a reply to a message I had sent. Went to message section and nothing is there.

It wont let me sign in... AND when I called customer support I was put on hold for several minutes and hung up on... Useless

App does show accurate info for my ID card Not sure what previous review was referring to Glad to have this and not have to carry my card Thanks BCBSGA

This app is not particularly helpful. I would benefit if it could show deductible and out of pocket amounts for each patient, like the BCBS Illinois app seems to. Can you make that happen?

The app is so much easier to use than logging in on the web. Probably the first insurance app I have ever actually found useful. :-)

I recently installed this app on my iPhone 6. Who knew? An app that is actually useful. I love the profile view of the deductibles paid/not paid and the ID Card on the phone. As for the rest, time will tell...
