The app doesnt even have a option of viewing your Id card, such a basic thing missing.

App is only useful to locate a facility or to see id info such as group number etc. Unable to review claims, benefits, or track script orders. Disappointing

How did this even pass app review? The icon is blank and nameless!

Would love to be able to access account information (to see claims, deductible information, etc.) finding doctors is not much help.

This app os useful to find doctors in your network. It is not to view claims or to actually review your coverage. Very limited

All bcbs apps are failed attempts at providing a service. Why isnt there an app for federal employees that lets you see your account? Why dont directories tell you which providers is preferred. This is low priority for bcbs, in keeping with poor customer service

App just continues spinning up "loading" after logging in. Poor insurance provider and a poor app!

The app will not perform any of the tasks available, of course neither will their mobile website... UHC didnt offer access to many thing on their app, but what they did offer worked :-/ Every option in BCBSGA says "Null"... As in the command doesnt exist. awesome.

Get a "technical issues" pop up and cant log in for 8 days now. Dont waste your time with this one.

I am new to this app, so I cannot give a fair review...but please update so I can view my HRA balance! Thanks!

Worst app imaginable. Want less cards in your wallet? Want access to your health insurance information when you need it most? NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.

Virtually nothing works in this piece of crap software! I got logged in but I cant access my cards or my HRA balance. I cant look up a doctor to see if they are in network because my plan (I am a State of Georgia employee).

Was great when it worked but it doesnt any longer. Just displays error messages. Has been that way for months.

Proceed with caution if fully relying upon this app for your insurance card. It does not have actual co-pay information, and resulted in me getting double charged for my actual co-pay at a doctor visit. Make sure to request an actual card from Blue Cross Blue Shield in order to avoid such pitfalls. This app would be useful if it had actual co-pay information on your electronic card.

Keeps telling me my username and password are incorrect when I know for a fact they are correct because I just had to change it.

Login screen does not allow to paste my password from 1Password, instead I have to type in a 20 character password containing upper/lower case characters, numbers and special characters. That ridiculous and just asks users to use easy to remember/type/guess passwords. How about offering at least Touch ID support? And how long until the app gets proper iPhone 6/Plus support?

Since I upgraded a few days ago, to the newest operating system, I cant get in. Was told "theyre working on it" but no idea of anticipated time for a resolution. The app does not seen to indicate incompatibility with new system. I expected better service.

The app worked well, but after downloading the latest version I cannot access my account. The app says it does not recognize my username and password. I know they are correct because I can log into the web version of my account. When I try to access “forgot username/password”, app says it cannot find my account. Same message about not being able to find my account when I try to register again on the app. When I click on “Report a Problem” in this review section, I get an error message that the web page it is trying to send me to to report that problem does not exist. Very frustrated at the moment.
