Latest version can no longer access account
The app worked well, but after downloading the latest version I cannot access my account. The app says it does not recognize my username and password. I know they are correct because I can log into the web version of my account. When I try to access “forgot username/password”, app says it cannot find my account. Same message about not being able to find my account when I try to register again on the app. When I click on “Report a Problem” in this review section, I get an error message that the web page it is trying to send me to to report that problem does not exist. Very frustrated at the moment.
